• Orlando Of A Thousand Years is a solo dance drama
(one performer and two touring technicians).

• This performance requires a working fly system or a grid to hang three
set pieces — two of which performer uses for aerial work.
Rigging positions are upstage left, center and downstage right.

• We prefer a marley floor (gray or white if possible) or a stage floor in
very good (smooth) condition and stage space of approximately 24’ x 38’.

• We need two CD players for sound and a backstage monitor for performer.
Included is a light plot that we can work from depending on what is
   available in theater’s rep plot.

• Headset communication for light-board, sound and backstage manager.

• Crew needed: 1-2 crew needed for set up and strike
(must have keys and complete knowledge of theater).

• Sound operator for performances.

• To expedite the technical set up time, we ask that our basic light plot
   (included) be prehung!

• We also would appreciate the following information on your space:

        1. An accurate ground plan of stage and house with fly system, electrics,
masking and lighting positions clearly indicated.

        2. Please specify the exact amount and types of equipment that are available
for this show; light board — type and number of channels, dimmers
(number and capacity), instruments (type), circuits (location), and cable.

We want to make our time in your theater an enjoyable experience for both of us, so we appreciate you taking time to read over our requirements and to communicate your specifics relating to your theater. Thank you!
